The arrangement of fixed-time employment agreements stipulated in the laws and regulations Republic Indonesia is considered ineffective. One primary reasons that some existing provisions are deemed inappropriate for labor-market needs. Several articles concerning work have been removed from Job Creation Law, but implementation issues remain. Both concerned with fulfillment workers' rights types permissible workers specific worker statuses at times. This research uses a normative juridical method statutory conceptual approach. result analysis indicates any agreement must include legal awareness provisions. done to provide more concrete measure awareness, because everything an reached by both parties. If there impediments exercise not deliberate reason, settlement has also arranged using local wisdom form deliberation between regarding parties' cannot be run optimally, this can solution create harmonious industrial relations. most important establishing rule law creating working relationship agreements.
